CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand sometimes things happen which are out of your control, however a simple phone call to the salon will enable us to cancel your booking and let one of our clients on our cancellation list know in sufficient time.

Due to the demand for our services we will now be requiring 50% non-refundable deposits for 1 Hour or longer treatments booked.

 

This will be deductible from your end total and only refundable when 24 hours or notice has been given.

 

Late Cancellations/No Shows not only greatly affects our business, but it means those clients who wanted an appointment have also missed out.

 

If you wish to cancel an appointment over the weekend and are unable to get a hold of us at the salon, feel free to text us on 0412 799 250 to allow us notice to re-book the appointment.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are running late please phone the salon to inform them you are on the way.

Your treatment will have to be shortened in time to accommodate the following client.

Full Payment of the scheduled treatment will still be charged..

 

CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to change your mind as to what treatments you will be having, please give us a call on 6161 4773 to notify us of your change of mind, as we dedicate our time to treat you. 

This way we can adjust our bookings and accommodate other clients who may benefit from a change in mind.

If this is not respected and you wish to change you mind with out notifying us unfortunately you will be charged for the full appointment.

SALON ETIQUETTE

We kindly ask that you turn your mobile phone off whilst entering the salon avoid disruption to your treatment and other clients that maybe indulging in treatments

CHILDREN 

Whilst we love children we also ask that you try to make alternative arrangements for your appointment as unfortunately the salon is not always child friendly. We do ask that is you haev notified us prior to your appointment and we have agreed its ok then we ask you respect our wishes that your children remains seated in their pram/stroller at all times so they are out of the way of danger, equipment, tools and hot electrics. We also ask that you ensure your children are quiet and behaved at all times. Bona Fide Beauty take NO responsibility for children in the salon

COLD CALLERS

As we are a small salon, we would appreciate if any cold callers refrain from calling the salon or popping by as this may interrupt clients who are in the midst of  treatments.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express or CASH

Direct Deposit is available with prior arrangement before a scheduled appointment.

Please note NO refunds will be given for any treatments, services, products or packages that have been paid for, a in salon credit may given at discretion of Bona Fide Beauty Management. 

 

We DO NOT accept Diners.
